About Us
We are a small family business that moved from London UK in 1994 to Central Florida. Starting from Scratch we built up our business one owner at a time.
Many of our owners have been with us for between ten and fifteen years and are only to happy to relay to new and prospective clients their true experiences with us.
Villa-Care is not a large booking agency company with thousands of rental clients waiting, we leave that to the "big boys" our market is the homeowner investor who wants a great personal service for their home and guests. Our competitors have their niche clients and we have ours.
Making our customers happy is about good communications, good service and truth and loyalty, our owners know that when we tell them something it's 100% true. If the A/C needed a compressor then it needed one, we will have investigated the repair fully before coming to the conclusion that this expensive part was needed. In the past we have "fallen out" with A/C company's simply because we took a stand for our owners when the company wanted to charge twice for the same job!.
Having the majority of our maintenance covered in-house means lower costs for our owners and faster repair and servicing times. Communications is of paramount importance to us and we will respond mostly with human contact, yes there will be times when our customers will have to talk to a machine but it will be the exception not the rule..
Keeping costs down for our owners is a priority, making utility payments on behalf of owners is just doubling the work when the safest and simplest way is to have them paid directly from owners USA accounts by simple automatic transfer. Owners can monitor their homes utility bills by having the mailed or e mailed to wherever they want.
We want our owners to be comfortable at all times and we guarantee our own personal professional service at all times.
