For this reason we use Atlantis Pool Service for all our owners pools. Owned and operated by Mark Woodman, this company has over 25 years experience in looking after pools both residential and commercial. Mark undertakes the work himself along with close family members, in the time that Mark has cared for our owners pools we have never had a complaint or a problem with the companies service.
Lawn Service
Lawn Service is taken care of in-house by myself and my wife Debbie, after trying many lawn service companies over the years we found that to do this properly then we have to do this ourselves. Just a minor mishap with an air conditioner unit, a pool screen structure or just pool screens can be an expensive mistake and so we take great care and patience with all our owners lawns.
Pest Control
Pest Control is another service that could have legal implications if not undertaken by a certified and licensed professional. For this reason we use Pioneer Pest control and this service has done us proud for a very long time now.
Maintenance
The majority of all maintenance is carried out in-house, if not controlled properly maintaining the home is excellent working order can be expensive. Many maintenance issues are actually the result of negligence, for instance if the swimming pool is not cared for properly and the water drops below the skimmer level, then a new pool is almost assured.
Preventive maintenance and quality ongoing services are of great important, a monthly or bi-monthly change of the air conditioning filter prevents coils clogging up in the ac evaporator. Such clogging creates ac failure, unhappy guests, expense and an all round bad feeling, which simply could have been avoided with diligent servicing.
A/C filters are changed monthly in rental homes in Constance us and quarterly in homes with limited occupancy.
Smoke detector batteries are changed at no charge to our owners as long as the failure is during routine visits or service.
Whereas we are unable to service or repair anything in-house, service costs are charged at wholesale invoice costs with no additions.

Departure cleans and spring cleans are one of the most important services provided in a rental and management home.
Impeccable cleaning can be the difference between happy or disgruntled guests not to mention the negative impact on possible return bookings. No one wants to turn up to a less than clean vacation or executive home. Our cleaners are licensed insured and bonded, they have also been our cleaners for the past fifteen years. Occasionally things are missed and that's when the importance of a quik response return and sort is paramount.
